My Makeup Bag!
I’M ALWAYS ASKED WHAT I USE ON MY FACE, SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN TO REVEAL WHAT I CURRENTLY USE AND WHY.
1) Motives eye base - it is discontinued but I’m using it up! I love it and am so frustrated that they have discontinued it. I love eye base because it really makes eyeshadow look prettier and stay on longer
2) Motives sculpting concealer /color: shortcake. I love it. I hope it stays IN STOCK . . . I often buy multiples if it’s a keeper, FEARING IT MAY NOT CONTINUE FOR LONG. it is creamy and covers well.
3)Powder- in the past I used motives Photo finish powder for years! IT WAS DISContinued. Again, frustratING.
I moved on to Clinique double face powder. I use 2 colors. Matte ivory for bRighteNING areas I want to set with powder and neutral for the rest of my face. Right now I do not use a liquid foudnation.
4) Eye shadows- I have been purchasing different brand palettes from Marshall’s of all places. Inexpensive and great pigments. I’m used to things I love being discontinued so I don’t mind using random but good products while I can. Typically they are around 5.99. You just can beat it. Some bRANDS are BC ( Beauty Concepts). & Ellen Tracy. I use powder eye shadows as eyeliner also.
5) BLUSH - A FOUR COLOR PALETTE I FOUND again, at Marshalls. 4.99 Ellen Tracy.
6)Mascara- I’ve tried so many since motives discontinued what I love
And have been soooo disappointed with so many influencer brands. the winner for me right now is Clinique’s high impact high fi” full volume. In the green shiney tube. It has tiny fibers in it and I don’t want to put on layers & Layers of mascara . . . it shows up fast
I use a water proof mascara for my bottom lashes only, because no matter what brand or how expensive it is, it always dots under my eyes. right now I’m using Maybelline- the falsies lash lift in a silver tube with a hot pink top.
7)Lip- another hard one. I have thin lips so I need lighter colors to add space, but I need a little bit darker of a liner to define and enhance them first to create a fuller shape.
Honestly some of you are going to just die, right here and right now.

I have actually order random makeup from Temu. I couldn’t tell you the brand or name… they just list numbers and you hope if you like it you can go back and revisit your old order click re-order.
It is so inexpensive that it was worth the risk for me, because I have spent so much money on pricier items from instagram and have been so disappointed. I’d rather be disappointed with little financial risk. I use lip pencils and lipsticks and lip glosses from Temu.
8) Lip balm before apply lip liner and color from Temu. a collegen vitamin A & E with hyaluronic acid. I Love it!❤️
